Kandyce May

Kandyce May was born June 12, 2011. This little dear came 5 weeks early. She was a birthday present to Alexis! We had a croud for the quilt walk festival. Crystal was here with her 3 and Robert and Jill were here with 2 of theirs. Dean was busy with father and sons. Ryan came over with Luke and Eric. We slept the night Sat. and in the early morning Sheila called. Ithrew together a suitcase and left with Crystal. House did not get cleaned. Dean had to stay and talk in church. Crystal got me there, The whole family was at hospital. Baby wasn't breating well, they took me back to see her and she was gasping for air. Parker was due to have annual biopsy next day. By that night it was bad enough to life flight her by ambulance over to Primaries. Sheila checked out too, did not get to rest at all. I took kids home and she and Jordan slept on a couch at hospital. I got Parker and Alexis to hospital early in the morning and Parker had his surgery. Two babies in the hsopital. Poor Sheila and Jordan. They just had it rough. She didn't get to feed her or hold her because she was incubated. Eventually she got better thanks to modern medicine and technique. She was on O2 about a month. Parker had some mild rejection. Last year it was at .2 this year .3. They upped his meds. He is so smart, playful, regular boy who really is quite a tough kid. Kandyce is now 100% healthy and Sheila and Jordan have their hands full with 3 little kids. I'll post a picture of her too.
