It hasn't hit here yet, but is now in Lagaspy, Isn't Frazer there?  It is here  coming tomorrow.
We have a huge 3 days with exiting and entering missionaries.  We are wondering if this will cause problems, so far business as usual.  It is only a 1.  Yalonda was a 5.  The rain really hasn't been that bad at all so far on this whole mission.

We had our last 2 zone interviews last week.  Jardines gave their presentation on cooking and ours was on cleaning.  Both places were hard to drive to, so we went together and did our best.  We were a little lost only once.  We found a really great place afterwards to go out to eat called Benapple.  American food and not too expensive.  I dreamt about the food we ate all night.  Ha ha.  It was called chicken wrapped in a blanket and was a little like chicken pillows.

Saturday, we prepared a Family Lesson with Irfan and Shazia.  Sister Marajgill is from Pakistan and came to our house and taught the Plan of Salvation in Urdo.  Her companion Sister Azila is from Cebu, so we had 3 language going.  Irfan and Shazia were rivoted to the lesson.  They understood completely.  Afterward we got up and cooked 2 different meals.  I showed Shazi how to make Spaghetti (American style) and She showed me how to make Cyote.  (sp) Sister's were in heaven, we were laughing and enjoying it so much it was like family.  They all left tired, but we really had a great time.  Irfan and Shazi are desperate for work and going to Canada or US.  They want their children to be OK, safe, grow up good.  They are not free for sure.  They can't even be seen with us outside for fear of loosing their 1 room house.

I was teaching a piano lesson to Camille who is going on a mission soon.  She is YW advisor and has signed up a bunch of YW and YM to learn piano from me.  The ward does not have a piano player.  Anyway she said, sister I feel I need to tell you I have a Senior Couple special friend.  She had a dream where she saw the English flag before she was called on her mission, but was called to Philippines.  When she went to the temple there was a lady there named Sister England who helped her and she felt very close to, thinking oh, now I know why I dreamed of England's flag.  She even called her Lola.
Well, guess who that is?  Sister England is Cheryl Henrie England.  That was so funny that she felt she should tell me that. We were just talking about learning piano.   She was amazed that we were from the same town, we had just had them over to dinner last Friday.

Sunday we were wiped out again, but survived 2 wards and brought Pizza with us to elders who are leaving our zone.
We were invited to Locsons, but we just couldn't we were so tired.
Monday we began early, picking up two elders who are going home.  One was Elder Dariagan from Tacloban mission.  He finished out here.  He remembers Elder and Sister Judd.  There was another missionary also that I met who knows you, but I can't remember his name.

We just came home from Michelle's where we had FHE.  I have told you about her before, where she has no chairs and works as a street sweeper. and she was wondering about faith.  She was a different person, we hadn't seen her since then.  She was glowing, strong, and spiritual giant that was not there before.   She is getting baptized this Saturday.  We taught her 15 year old son with the Elders the first discussion.  The spirit was so so powerful. We ate her food, like we eat our Jerusalem dinner, except it wasn't by candlelight.  The food is just placed on the floor like it was a table. She gave us chicken and a really good noodle like pancit but she called it something different and rice.  She is so excited to get baptized.  She asked Elder Hart to baptize her and he had to tell her he can not because he just got transferred to Mindoro.  So she asked Elder Tino.  It is sad, he will miss it by 1 day, but flights can't be changed, so that is the way it is.  We gave our testimony.  Elder Sheffer, in English and I learned some Tagalog.  It was an amazing night.
Putting in a light bulb.  Dad has better ideas.

He's ironing his own shirts.

Fun night with Shazia, Sister Marajgil and Sister Avila

And Irfan and Dad.  The kids are somewhere.

Eating this weird fruit.

It's actually good.  Don't let the face fool you.
